WARRANTY INFORMATION

At Rotune Performance, we are committed to providing high-quality car parts and excellent customer service. All products sold through our online store are covered by the following warranty terms:

Warranty Coverage
We warrant that all new parts sold are free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated.

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

What is Covered

  • Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.

  • Parts that fail under normal operating conditions, when correctly installed and used for their intended purpose.

What is Not Covered

  • Normal wear and tear, misuse, abuse, or neglect.

  • Incorrect installation, modification, or improper maintenance.

  • Damage resulting from accidents or commercial use (unless specified).

  • Any costs associated with labour, towing, installation, removal, or diagnostic expenses.

Claims Process
If you believe you have received a defective product, please contact us at alex.watson@rotuneperformance.com within the warranty period.
We may require:

  • Proof of purchase

  • Photographic evidence of the issue

  • Return of the product for inspection

After inspection, at our discretion, we will either:

  • Repair the product,

  • Replace it with an equivalent item, or

  • Provide a refund.

Consumer Guarantees Act 1993
This warranty is provided in addition to your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. If you are purchasing for personal use (not for business purposes), you are entitled to remedies for faulty goods under the Act that cannot be excluded or limited by this warranty.

Important
Please ensure parts are fitted by a qualified mechanic or technician. Incorrect installation may void this warranty.
